Assessments:

The Learner's Edge sm provides several assessments to help guide your coaching. Each instrument is described below and we will determine which assessment's would benefit your program. You can have coaching without assessments, however, the information helps you quickly raise your level of self awareness on interests, behaviors, learning channels, motivation and much more. Knowing yourself is the first step in making new choices and succeeding with your goals.

Highlands Ability BatteryTM (THAB)
A state-of-the art tool that objectively measures innate abilities. Abilities are what one can do quickly and easily. Abilities control the ways we instinctively learn, communicate, lead, make decisions, solve problems, work with objects and use our mental and creative talents.
The Birkman Method®
The Birkman Method offers information as to which job activities will have the greatest or the least appeal for you. You can powerfully impact your changes for career success, as well as your physical and emotional health when you know and follow your professional orientation indicated by the Birkman.
