- opens the door to understanding the individual and how s/he relates to others. It draws an accurate picture of individual interests, usual behavioral style, motivational needs and stress behavior. With this information, both the individual and the manager can work together to create an action path that leads to personal satisfaction and satisfies the organization's evolving needs.
- The Interview Guide
- provides rating benchmarks in the form of career profiles, enabling candidates to be compared to many different job categories. It provides a clear, reliable insight into an individual's job fit, preferred style, organizational strengths and general strengths, and compares them within job categories. It assists in management training and development, in diversity management and career development, and in hiring and team selection.
- The Areas of Interest Report
- enables both the individual and management to determine what activity or work situations an individual would find most interesting, as well as those that should be avoided. Training programs and work assignments can be structured to maximize effectiveness by utilizing this report's insights.
