Personal and Life Coaching

Coaches, once considered a luxury for Executives, are now being hired by individuals at all levels. Anyone who is ready to make a change personally or professionally -individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate leaders work with a coach. Coaching can be the best investment you can make in YOU!

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership designed to help YOU achieve success, by YOUR definition of success. You will co-create a program based on your goals and work together to overcome barriers to success. The coaching partnership is ongoing over a period of time to support you in your desire for change and movement toward your outcomes.

What Is Worked On?

Coaching helps you:

  • Attain work and personal life balance
  • Make decisions and design strategies
  • Handle business or personal problems
  • Increase communication effectiveness
  • Learn how you are perceived
  • Make transitions-life or career
  • Train, develop and manage staff
  • Manage projects with tight time constraints
  • Identify limiting beliefs
  • Dramatically improve your results
  • Have more FUN in life!

How Does Coaching Work?

A coach is professionally trained to ask questions and help you see yourself more clearly, to give you feedback more objectively, and to help you leverage your strengths and manage your challenges. A key to the coaching partnership is the synergy created-more is accomplished by the team than you would alone. Structure is provided by the coach. I support you and hold you accountable so you think bigger, take more action, and hang in there until you reach your desired outcome. I bring professional expertise on the behavior change process and guide you through the stumbling blocks or challenges to attain your goals.

What's the Coaching Process?

  1. Coaching is delivered in regular sessions, usually weekly, by telephone and/or in person - your choice.
  2. We identify your coaching goals and develop a plan that can include one or more personal assessments that help you "know thyself" better.
  3. If desired, use a 360 degree feedback instrument to learn how your co-workers, boss and direct reports see your behavior and communication style.
  4. You bring an agenda to each session-what do YOU want to accomplish. I help you focus on the priorities and most relevant issues, solve problems, make decisions, create and leverage opportunities, minimize risk and CELEBRATE success.
  5. You leave each session with an action item list to keep you moving along between sessions.
